What It's Designed For
The UV700 brings UV-C germicidal sterilization to the 700 series platform — 18 lbs of activated carbon paired with True HEPA and UV-C at 635 CFM for rooms up to approximately 2,000 sq ft. The higher airflow of the 700 series provides faster air cycling than the UV600 for the same square footage, processing the room's air volume more frequently per hour. The UV-C lamp stage destroys the DNA/RNA of bacteria, viruses, and mold spores. Designed for environments where biological pathogen control is a specific concern and where the higher 635 CFM of the 700 series is required alongside UV-C sterilization.

Filtration System
Pre-Filter — Captures large particles at intake. Protects carbon and HEPA stages. Replace annually.
Carbon Bed — 18 lbs Activated Carbon — Adsorbs VOCs, chemical off-gassing, formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, and chemical contaminants across the standard adsorption range. Dwell time over the carbon bed is carefully calibrated for effective adsorption at 635 CFM.
UV-C Germicidal Lamp — UV wavelength radiation sterilizes bacteria, viruses, and mold spores in the air stream as they pass through the lamp chamber. Replace the lamp on schedule to maintain germicidal efficacy.
True HEPA — 99.97% @ 0.3 microns — Captures fine particulate, mold spores, pollen, pet dander, PM2.5, bacteria, and airborne viral particles.

Best For
- Large or high-ceiling spaces where biological pathogen control requires both UV-C sterilization and the higher air exchange rate of 635 CFM
- Immunocompromised individuals or households with mold contamination requiring UV-C germicidal sterilization at the highest available airflow
- Healthcare-adjacent residential settings needing more frequent air cycling per hour than the UV600 provides
UV700 vs. UV600: The UV600 runs at 560 CFM. The UV700 provides 635 CFM — more complete air cycling per hour for the same space. UV700 vs. UV714: The UV714 upgrades to Super HEPA 99.99% — appropriate when fine particle sensitivity compounds the pathogen control concern. UV700 vs. P700: The P700 adds TitanClean photocatalytic oxidation for chemical-destructive capability alongside UV-C. For environments with both elevated chemical and biological concerns, the P700 is appropriate.
