All orders placed on Fresh Home Air ship directly from our manufacturer partners — Airpura (Laval, Quebec, Canada) and Austin Air (Buffalo, NY). We do not hold physical inventory, which means your order ships to you directly from the source.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Austin Air products ship from Buffalo, NY. Shipping rates are zone-based and vary by model size (Standard, Junior, or "it"). Rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
Replacement filters ship separately from air purifier orders. Filter shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by product and shipping zone.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately after placing your order — address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received:
We will assist where possible in locating or resolving the issue with the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@freshhomeair.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review the claim and coordinate a replacement or resolution with the manufacturer.
