Filtration System
Pre-Filter — Captures large particles and construction particulate at intake. Replace annually.
Carbon Bed — Formaldehyde-Targeted Activated Carbon — Calibrated for formaldehyde, aldehyde compounds, BTX VOCs, adhesive vapors, paint off-gassing, and synthetic flooring chemicals from new construction and renovation environments.
Super HEPA — 99.99% @ 0.3 microns — Rated 99.99% at 0.3 microns, against 99.97% for standard True HEPA. Captures fine construction dust, mold spores, pollen, pet dander, PM2.5, bacteria, and airborne viral particles with maximum compact-unit efficiency.

Best For
- New construction or post-renovation homes with active off-gassing AND household members with asthma, severe allergies, or MCS
- Households with infants, pregnant women, or immunocompromised individuals for whom both chemical and fine particle protection is a priority
- Users who need maximum particle capture alongside formaldehyde filtration in a compact unit
F414 vs. F400: The F400 uses standard HEPA 99.97%. The F414 upgrades to Super HEPA 99.99% — the correct choice when fine particle sensitivity compounds the formaldehyde concern. F414 vs. F400 DLX: The F400 DLX upgrades the carbon stage (super enhanced impregnated for greater formaldehyde capacity) rather than the HEPA stage. If maximum formaldehyde adsorption is the priority, the F400 DLX is appropriate; if maximum particle capture alongside formaldehyde is the concern, the F414 is correct.
