Filtration System
Pre-Filter — Captures large particles at intake. Protects the carbon and HEPA stages. Replace on schedule.
Carbon Bed — 35 lbs Activated Carbon — Adsorbs chemical contaminants, VOCs, and odors at the highest carbon load in the standard 700 series. Optional Hi-C carbon weave available for settings where a lighter, more frequently replaced carbon element is preferred.
UV-C Germicidal Lamp — UV wavelength radiation sterilizes bacteria, viruses, and mold spores in the air stream. Works in conjunction with TitanClean PCO for comprehensive biological and chemical destruction.
TitanClean™ TiO₂ Photocatalytic Oxidation — Titanium dioxide coating activated by UV-C that converts VOCs and biological compounds to water vapor and CO₂ at the molecular level.
Close-Ended Metal-Capped HEPA Filter — Specialized HEPA construction designed for healthcare applications. Metal-capped end design prevents particle bypass at filter edges. Captures fine particulate, biological aerosols, mold spores, bacteria, and viral particles.
Replacement Filter Bundles
No pre-packaged replacement bundles for the 700 series. Replacement filters sold individually — contact Fresh Home Air for current filter pricing.

Best For
- Clinic rooms, medical offices, and treatment areas requiring healthcare-grade filtration at the highest available airflow
- Larger healthcare spaces where the I600's 560 CFM provides insufficient air cycling
- Negative pressure isolation rooms when used with optional negative air accessories (unit mobility provided by lockable casters)
I700 vs. I600: The I600 carries 30 lbs of carbon at 560 CFM. The I700 carries 35 lbs at 635 CFM — the correct choice for larger or higher-volume healthcare spaces. I700 vs. I700+: The I700+ adds the optional Hi-C carbon weave configuration — the correct choice when lighter, more frequent carbon replacement is preferred over the standard heavy carbon bed.
