Filtration System
Pre-Filter — Captures large particles at intake. Protects the carbon and HEPA stages. Replace on schedule.
Carbon Stage — Standard or Hi-C Weave — Standard configuration: 35 lbs activated carbon for broad-spectrum chemical adsorption. Hi-C carbon weave option: lightweight woven carbon element providing lighter adsorption with simplified replacement for clinical settings where maintenance frequency is a priority over maximum carbon capacity.
UV-C Germicidal Lamp — UV wavelength radiation sterilizes bacteria, viruses, and mold spores in the air stream.
TitanClean™ TiO₂ Photocatalytic Oxidation — Titanium dioxide coating activated by UV-C that breaks down chemical and biological contaminants at the molecular level.
Close-Ended Metal-Capped HEPA Filter — Specialized HEPA construction for healthcare applications. Prevents particle bypass at filter edges.
Replacement Filter Bundles
No pre-packaged replacement bundles for the 700 series. Replacement filters sold individually — contact Fresh Home Air for current filter pricing.

Best For
- Healthcare environments at the larger space scale where the Hi-C carbon weave option simplifies filter replacement logistics
- Clinical settings where UV-C and PCO biological control are the primary priorities and a lighter carbon element is acceptable for chemical adsorption
- Facilities requiring the full I700 feature set with the flexibility to configure the carbon stage based on clinical requirements
I700+ vs. I700: The I700 uses a standard 35-lb carbon bed. The I700+ adds the optional Hi-C carbon weave — the correct choice when lighter, more frequent carbon replacement is preferred over maximum carbon capacity. I700+ vs. I600+: The I600+ carries 30 lbs of carbon at 560 CFM. The I700+ carries 35 lbs at 635 CFM — the correct choice for larger healthcare spaces.
