What It's Designed For
The I600 is Airpura's healthcare-environment configuration — designed for clinic rooms, medical offices, and healthcare-adjacent residential settings where infection control demands exceed standard consumer air purification. It combines UV-C germicidal sterilization, TitanClean photocatalytic oxidation, and a close-ended metal-capped HEPA filter with lockable casters for repositioning across patient rooms or treatment areas. At 560 CFM covering approximately 2,000 sq ft, the I600 handles the biological filtration demands of high-occupancy spaces where airborne pathogen control is the primary filtration goal. Optional negative air accessories convert the unit for negative pressure isolation applications.

Filtration System
Pre-Filter — Captures large particles at intake. Protects the carbon and HEPA stages. Replace on schedule.
Carbon Bed — 30 lbs Activated Carbon — Adsorbs chemical contaminants, VOCs, and odors at the largest carbon load in the standard 600 series. Provides broad-spectrum chemical adsorption for environments with complex airborne chemical profiles alongside biological concerns.
UV-C Germicidal Lamp — UV wavelength radiation sterilizes bacteria, viruses, and mold spores in the air stream. Works in conjunction with TitanClean to address biological and chemical contaminants through destruction rather than capture alone.
TitanClean™ TiO₂ Photocatalytic Oxidation — Titanium dioxide coating activated by UV-C light that breaks down chemical and biological contaminants at the molecular level. Converts VOCs and biological compounds to water vapor and CO₂.
Close-Ended Metal-Capped HEPA Filter — Specialized HEPA construction designed for healthcare applications. Captures fine particulate, biological aerosols, mold spores, bacteria, and viral particles. Metal-capped end design prevents particle bypass at the filter edges.

Best For
- Clinic rooms, medical offices, and treatment areas requiring healthcare-grade particle and pathogen control
- Healthcare-adjacent residential settings where infection control demands exceed standard consumer air purifier specifications
- Negative pressure isolation rooms when used with optional negative air accessories
- Environments where unit mobility between rooms is required (lockable casters)
I600 vs. UV600: The UV600 uses standard HEPA and no PCO. The I600 adds TitanClean PCO, a specialized close-ended HEPA design, and lockable casters for healthcare environment mobility. I600 vs. I600+: The I600+ adds an optional Hi-C carbon weave configuration — appropriate when lighter, more frequent carbon replacement is preferred over the standard 30-lb carbon bed. I600 vs. I700: The I700 runs at 635 CFM with 35 lbs of carbon. For higher-volume healthcare spaces, the I700 is the upgrade.
